The SABATIER® brand was born in the Thiers basin, the French capital of cutlery, at the beginning of the 19th century from a famous family of master cutlers, who popularized the design of an emblematic shape of kitchen knives called "Ideal" . This range of knives has diversified over the centuries to meet the new needs of chefs and those of enlightened cooking enthusiasts while respecting the knowledge and quality of its illustrious predecessors.
All knives feature stainless steel blades, POM handles, with through stainless steel rivets, and many hand finishing stages in their production.
